Disco Fries

The Internet is filled with fascinating information.  The hard part is sifting through the crap to get to it.  That’s why we’ve brought you Disco Fries.  It’s all the cool shit the Internet has to offer, minus the videos of your cat doing silly things, 9/11 conspiracy theories, and comparisons between various political figures and Hitler.

We can assure you, that this is not a cooking blog dedicated to making “Disco Fries”.  They aren’t terribly difficult to make.  Here’s a recipe.

I find that the best way is to melt the cheese over the fries on the oven (i think sliced is the standard but shredded cheese might work better), and add the gravy just before serving to keep the fries nice and crispy. Also, the standard (i think) in the Dirty Jersey is mozzarella with beef gravy, but i prefer cheddar myself.

But Pete is right in that this site won’t be about making disco fries, because if so, we’d already be finished. It exists as a way for us to share the things we do and the things we enjoy or find interesting. So i suppose any conceivable theme underlying all of this would be our rogue attention spans. There’s no guarantee that it will all appeal to you, but i hope you enjoy the things we share.
